I was very excited to receive this item. Unfortunately, the first one I got didn't work as it should. However, this was sorted out and replaced with one that works perfectly. Customer service was lovely and helpful, which is always a relief. This sort of thing makes me feel stressed, but they made it very easy.
The packaging was good, instructions included inside. I like that it mostly in simple cardboard so easy to recycle. There was a small card included that had a QR code to scan for the instructions. Whilst this is pretty good, I think I prefer just having a small sheet of the info to tuck aside
Though I suppose this remains on your phone so far less likely to lose it.
There are 3 buttons. On/off, a plus and a minus. The on/off button switches the wand on - obviously- but it also controls which setting you want to use. There is continuous if you simply press the button. If you hold the on button, it goes into pattern mode.
On the lowest setting, it is very powerful compared to rechargeable wands. It is so very powerful on the highest setting - in all honesty I think that would be too much for me but I imagine it will be just what some people want!
The pulsed setting can be adjusted with the + and - buttons. This speeds up the frequency of the pulses, I think this is a great setting.
When using with a partner, the wand is a bit bulky and with it being a plug in, it can be slightly awkward at times. However, it was easy enough to rejig. The want head isn't too soft or flexible so I did have to make sure my partner didn't lean on it too much, but again, this wasn't actually an issue once I pointed it out. I do with the cord was wipeable, rather than fabric, just for better hygiene and cleaning. The head is easy enough to clean, I just used a soapy flannel. Wipes would be handy for this too.
I found it to be very enjoyable. Powerful and done what was needed, I would definitely recommend. The slightly more negative comments are more inconveniences, rather than actual problems. Also, more down to the fact that I'm used to the ease of rechargeable toys. I love the fact that I have one ready to go at any point. . no forgetting to plug it in for a charge beforehand!
