We bought this plug to introduce some novelty and silliness in our bedroom. Turns out, it's much more than just a fun little toy.
It comes beautifully presented in an elegant black velvet sturdy box which also serves as a nice storage for the plug when not in use. When you open the box, the plug is displayed in all it's glory. Very luxurious. The plug itself is shiny and smooth, quite heavy and feels like a quality product. The tail is neatly attached to the base and looks and feels great — lush, fluffy and rich. It's faux fur, of course. You can unscrew the tail part from the base which makes cleaning easy. Unfortunately, the attachment point isn't finished in chrome so, while you technically can use the plug without the tail, it's not a good look.
Plug is perfectly shaped, great for adventurous beginners — not too small, not too large and the taper is good. It's heavy! And that's a great thing. My partner says she has a better feeling of fullness once inside her butt than with a similar sized silicone plug. I can also feel it much more inside her during PIV, especially in doggy style. That feeling combined with kinky looks makes for an amazing experience.
We were worried that lube would make a mess out of the tail, but that proved to be untrue. Fur doesn't attract lube and is easy to clean. This is much smaller than it looks, I have a curvy/fully shaped body (14/16) so the visial is much less effective than I expected. Not the best for me or my pet play needs and I wouldn't recommend unless you have a small frame.

Confortable to wear, the tail itself is super soft and can be tingly when wearing it.
My only drawback with it is the plug may be a bit too small even if confortable to wear, and because of the whole weight, it does try to escape my butt :D
A slightly bigger plug may help to keep it from trying to escape.
Also lube tend to attach to the base of the tail and can be difficult to clean.

Ok , so first of all the positives - For cleaning the tail is quick drying , and for insertion the steel makes this alot easier than any latex or silicon toy. Always use lube. It has a great weight both inside the anal passage and outside and the long stem between flare and plug makes it easy to insert and remove. However, if you are not use to butt plugs I wouldnt recommend, the flare is there but it is small in contrast with other plugs, granted Dominix is mainly used for Bondage or those into S and M, and although this is a beautoful product based on the flare size, its 4 starts out of 5 from me

Great for beginners
My husband brought this for me when we made the leap in to anal play. Of the two he brought to experiment with (other is silicone without tail) this was my preferred plug. Having the tail also made our first few uses fun and lighthearted while we experimented. With detachable tail it is easy to clean however the thread on ours has worn over time but was easily fixable. We have had for over two years so this was understandable. Would advise giving the tail a brush before and after each use for loose hairs as well especially when using lube. Wish I bought it sooner
I'm new to plugs but when i saw this, i had to get it! Delivered in a plain boring cardboard box, the husband had no idea what he was in for when he passed me the parcel. It unscrews ok (for easy washing of the tail if things get too messy) but it was difficult to screw back on. I had to put pressure on it and turn at the sane time to get it on. False advertising
I just received it in the mail. Not nearly as bushy as the photo shows. The video shows it more accurately. On mine at least the tail should unscrew but the tail is attached to both the skrewing bit and the base of the plug. I haven't used it yet, I was going to wash it before trying but encountered the issue that it unscrews but the tail stays attached to the plug. I don't want to force it apart and since I unpackaged it I am no longer allowed to return it.

A real foxy butt plug
I've always wanted a butt plug tail and I finally bit the bullet and bought one. The stainless steel plug has a good weight behind it while the faux fox tail itself was a good length and nice and bushy. I found the plug easy to insert and the tapered base means it stays in place with no issues so you can play around and wag your tail as much as you like with no fear of it falling out by accident. The stainless steel plug not only has a good weight and is easy to clean but it also feels cold when you insert it which was a sensation I absolutely loved. It was a good sized plug, although after using bigger toys now I may have to invest in a larger version at some point. Fun, but not worth full price
The texture, volume, and general look and feel of the fur is a little lacking. I deliberately went for a faux fur tail (I'm no vegan by any means, but shoving animal parts up my butt would be a bit...) but in this case the substitute fell a bit flat. The screw connection was a significant factor in my purchase, since sometimes the plug is all you need. Unfortunately, the bottom of the plug with the tail removed is quite roughly finished and has a few potentially sharp or abrasive edges. I haven't worn it without the tail yet and I'm hesitant to try. I also had a little trouble unscrewing it, since there's a cap screwed into the same base that hides the fur's glue, and it came unscrewed more easily than the plug and got in the way. All that said, it's still an effective plug and tail. While the fur didn't impress it still does its job, and I don't mean to say it looks or feels _bad_. I'm not new to anal by any means but I also don't venture beyond the small end of life-size for toys; for the me the size of the plug was perfect. It didn't take too much warm-up and was easy to insert and remove, but it never seemed at risk of coming out on its own at all. The weight made it feel like it might at first, but that's just a matter of getting used to it, and once you do the sense of presence the weight gives is a distinct benefit to it. We’ve tried many butt plugs but this is the first tail we tried. It might sound silly, but she was concerned about moulting or hair falling out, but this doesn’t have this problem at all. So I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to anal play. Due to the width of the plug my partner was able to pull back on the tail during intercourse without it coming out, making for a highly satisfying experience for us both. Only downside I would say is the length of the tail itself, it could do with being twice as long really and a little wider to get the full 'fox' effect, also my partner commented it would be nice to have more of it to grab or even wrap round his wrist. The plug is easily detachable for cleaning, though we did end up getting quite a lot of lube on the tail but it washed out easily so no worries. Overall very enjoyable.
So disappointed
I purchased this as a way to surprise my husband and was so excited about it. Sadly wecwere not able to play for several weeks so it was with great anticipation that I unpacked it. It comes beautifully presented nestled in a velvet box. However when I removed it the quality was appalling. The fur was all matted with glue, I have no confidence that it will stay attached to the plug even if lightly tugged. It is not swishy , it sticks out due to the hard glue. The fur is matted and not at all soft. It is not at all sexy. Such poor quality and not what I am used to from Lovehoney.
Great plug, not a bad tail
PROS: The plug. I absolutely love the plug. It is the most comfortable one I have, and I could wear it for ages. I rarely if ever worry about it coming out by itself, and the neck is narrow enough that I don't feel uncomfortable at all when it's in. The base (the part that holds the tail) is wide enough to stop it going too far in, but also rounded and relatively small, so it's comfortable between the cheeks. Even more so than the 'pacifier' types, I've found. The screw attachment. It's easy to clean the parts and store the plug while the tail is being washed and dried. I don't think you could use the plug without the tail, though. The shape of the tail. The fabric it's made from is pretty firm, and it's stitched into a curve/stretched half-moon shape which gives the tail shape without having to have any support structure inside. I also quite like the colours. The length is good, coming down to just above my knees at the back. It would just peak out from a thigh-length skirt. Most importantly, I feel sexy when I wear it and lets me play with my and my partner's fantasies. CONS: Lube can get worked into the fabric of the tail and can take a while to get out. But I guess that's to be expected and I'm not sure how you'd avoid it regardless of what tail plug you're using. The tail doesn't have much 'swing', since the fabric is firm and there isn't much weight to it. The faux fur is pretty wispy, particularly towards the ends of the strands, and I sometimes worry that bits are going to come off and go for an adventure around my nethers. The tail is attached with a screw to the inside of the detachable part of the plug, so I'm tempted to see if I can remove the tail and replace it with something a little more to my liking, but despite my gripes the tail still does everything I need it to so I probably won't. OVERALL: I really like this tail, even with my dislike of this type of faux fur. I would recommend it.
Beautiful and unexpected sensations
This was something I have wanted to try for quite some time. I finally took the plunge and bought this, I then had to persuade my partner to try it but I finally got it approved, we are both very glad that we went for it. Iffy Quality
I wanted a tail with a metal plug, faux fur, and a pretty color. That's definitely true with this tail. It arrived very quickly and nicely packaged. I think the box it comes in is very nice, in terms of presentation. The plug itself is great quality, heavy. But that's where the compliments end The tail itself sheds a LOT. Like. So so much. Fur was everywhere before I'd even worn it. The seam is extremely obvious and not pretty... Hard and itchy as well. Also, shorter than anticipated. I can live with everything but the seam, honestly. It's very ugly. It looks good if you turn it just right, but. I don't think this toy will be leaving the toy box all that often. This isn't really positive it negative, just something to consider, the plug itself is very heavy. Definitely need to clench muscles or risk it popping out. It's pleasant at some angles and very uncomfortable at others
I love this, really good product
I really love this product, it's the perfect size and length. It stays in well without falling out. The length of the tail is good also and if nice and fluffy. My only con about this, is that it can be hard to unscrew the butt plug from the tail to clean it. I've had one in the past where the screw broke and I couldn't unscrew it, which made cleaning it a little hard. The 2nd one I got was fine though, sometimes just a little stiff.

First tail and I'm in love

Amazing and comfortable

Fantastic fun fox toy
