THIS! These may be some of the best training toys on LoveHoney. The ease of use, and direction of graduating from one egg to the next really does "K. I. S. S. ". Since my spouse has started using these, her ability to take on more rigorous play and stronger toys has gone through the roof!! Her orgasms are more intense. She loves them so much, I find her using them on her own often. These are a must for all players in the bedroom.
Great product. Far easier to have a set with varying weights than try to guess which weights I might need. Each ball has a silky silicone texture and the teardrop shapes seem more comfortable to remove than spherical balls. The graduated cool purple colours are lovely.

Supersleek kegel set
I ordered this set as a beginner to kegel exercise. It comes in a nice small box perfect for storage.
The kegel balls made from nice smooth silicone and they are colour coded depending on their weight.
The tails are long and flexible so they are comfortable to wear and easy to remove when you are finished. They are also join free (unlike some other kegel balls) so they are easy to clean with no crevasses for anything to get stuck in.
I like the fact they are all the same size but different weights.

There is very little to not love about this set. They are easy to keep clean and the long retrieval cord gives me confidence and the ability to remove them easily.

My pelvic floor hasn't been the same since giving birth so I decided to tone up & this training set is great. The weight really helps work the muscles and they're easy to slide in & out. The colour coding makes it easy to select the right weight too.
It is a set of weights
This is no different then buying a set of kettlebells, so as long as weight is about right and you can grip the handle, it is a good purchase.
The wife says they are way more comfortable than traditional kegal balls. The material is super smooth, and their shape is easy to get in and out - traditional kegel balls she said we're fine to get in but always really uncomfortable to get out.

Comfortable wear
I was deciding between this one and another that I could change the weight by changing the weights myself. I went with these and am very happy I did. These are very smooth and comfortable to wear. The slow build in weight is easy to adjust to. The box these are kept in is really nice too. They do feel nice if used when playing around.
Help for incontinence
I bought this set to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles since I turned 57. Although I haven't got to the heaviest weight yet, but going slow and doing my kegel exercises has really helped so far. Very happy I bought this.
Kegel training set
After having 5 kids my muscles have been none existent and was suffering from incontinence as a result. I was starting to become self conscious about it and many time preferred to stay home as I was so nervous about having an accident whilst out.
I have only used them a few times so far but I can feel a difference. So I am excited to see what it will be like in a few months.

Great beginner set
I bought these on a whim as I really like kegel exercises and I have to say the balls are very slick and well designed they feel really lovely and have a considerable weight to them. However the cheap plastic packaging really lets them down. The box internal holder arrived broken and bent. super flimsy and disappointing but it's OK. The weights themselves are nice and well made and aren't uncomfortable to wear. Though I feel like they could have even been a bit heavier for those of us who are more experienced kegel users. Overall though this is a great set if you're a beginner looking for something to build up to heavier weights

The Best
I have tried other kegal balls before but nothing like this. The feel is great as with the ease to use, due to the simple and sleek design. Working your way through the weights which are coloured gradually as the weight increases or decreases, is a good indicator of which item to move onto as you strengthen the muscles in the lower pelvic floor.
I great item for those who need to retrain or tighten that area. You will not be dissapointed

First time. Trying these out, I put a little bit of lube on the lightest weight. It was a little hard to get up, I put it in like a tampon. It stayed up, I actually forgot it was in haha. It definitely helped me to remember to tense and do the legal exercise. Definitely keen to see if these help

The Ultimate Kegel Set
I love this set so much and I've found it really beneficial after having children. It is also amazing value for money, you get 6 different weighted kegel balls that are a step by step training system. The material of these are very smooth and when in use do not feel at all uncomfortable to wear (I have tried others where the "cord" part sits very uncomfortably). I love the fact it is such a large set too makes for better and more gradual progression, which I found was more suited to my needs.
I really like the colours and how they gradually change as the weight of the ball increases, it makes it fun. The storage box is genius!
Overall, it's an excellent set for anyone looking to improve the kegel muscles.

Pretty enough for your Christmas tree
Although this product is pitched for better orgasms, I was searching for a product suitable for toning up my pelvic floor with view of improving bladder control in preparation for potential menopausal weakness in this area. This kegal system is perfect for me as a beginner and will be still be suitable when my muscles become stronger. The silicon feels really smooth for easy insertion, and I like that the storage is discrete, practical and reusable. I’m finding workouts can fit easily with daily ablutions like showering and teeth brushing. After a month of training I’m already noticing small bladder improvements and increased sexual pleasure- all the wins!
Beautifully soft
The design and feel of the kegel balls are luxurious, the quality is really good. The colours are lovely and having the colours get darker the heavier they are makes it so much easier. Kegel balls are definitely good for all women, they are easy to use, just add lube, and easy to clean. Having a tub to keep them all in is a great idea, I did find that it was a bit cheap compared to the balls. This did let it down a bit as the plastic inside would keep slipping out of place. Other than that I would 100% reccomend to all women, we should all be exercising our pelvic floor muscle!
Sleek, sexy, comfortable and easy
I have been considering kegal weights for a while now, not for any particular reason but just because the potential orgasm benefits sound incredible and why not keep my pelvic floor in good health? What drew my eye to this set is the number of weights and the graduating weights, starting at a beginner friendly 50g and going all the way up to 130g! (I am only on the 50g now and it feels hard to fathom ever getting up to 130g but I have time and patience haha) The box they come in is super cute, its a great storage box for them to keep them dust free as silicone has a habit of picking up lint and hairs. The silicone itself is smooth with no obvious seams and has lovely diamond detailing on the lower part. The retrieval string is my only issue with these weights. It's quite long and it can take me a little while to find a comfortable position for it to rest in. When removing the weight the cord does stretch which I'm not a fan of because I can imagine I will accidentally flick my vulva while trying to pull it out one day but using your muscles to push it while pulling the cord gets it out easily. I love that it's not pink (nothing against pink, but sex toys for vulvas are always SO pink) and the colour gradient follows the weight (the almost grey colour being the 50g and the deep purple being the 130g). Very happy with the quality and I am looking forward to progressing through the weights in time :)
Well thought and elegant presentation
i am not an expert in Kegels but i do own some others that are either dual ball (with moving bearing apx weight 55g) or individual balls that are around an inch diameter that you choose to combine two for a weight , so my maximum for my previous set was a combined weight from two at 93.5g so this set was ideal to advance onto as i have managed to squeeze at that weight and wish to progress one thing i think you should know about ALL Kegel balls is , your bits naturally hold them in as in they don't just fall out (unless your over keen with the lube) naturally... it is not about popping them in and just thinking i must have a good pelvic floor because they didn't fall .. you must read the little leaflet inside - the exercises are really simple - in theory but in practise take some time to actually master the whole routine i obviously am only part way through but i do feel its a easy discreet way to get more from your day to day exercise (think lifting your shopping or animals or children -i do not have any but they are great for encouraging exercise even if you don't want to) the item(s) themselves are very soft lovely colours and are extremely easy to clean , the size of these i would say a couple millimetres bigger would be uncomfortable and not good for me , but they do sit okay , could be a little shorter for wearing easier but its not painful in any way so nothing to put you off just be aware if your shorter in there double check depth vs sizes of the ball they are all the same size as well! which when i looked at other sets, they start off gigantic and light which i found made me skip those all together as i have a few average size Kegel balls and they are too large to wear comfortably and then there's no room to lift them to as they're as far up as room allows soo... then the other end of the scale is the smaller ones are often heavy which i wouldn't think would allow you to build up to it as its changing two things at once weight and grip surface size there is a diamond texture on the little end on the retrieval cord which isn't highly noted on the image online but is actually a little helpful when removing this set is an ideal gift as it is not garish in design and the whole package is very nice and feels of good quality i strongly recommend these as the range of weight is great for beginners and intermediates to experts alike - you dont need to get any others (if you don't want to) these are ideal as its not even so much the weight after a certain point its the ability to hold for the time and repeat , think of it like weight lifting you can pick up that really heavy one for like a second but does that win a medal -no its about duration and stamina built up over time so don't feel they aren't working after a week . you just have to set aside a minute now and again to focus and train to be able to feel you are making progress if you do any other activity at all like yoga or even just running around after offspring or any tasks where you exert energy , pop one in and see how well you do at incorporating this into that remember your bit are remarkably elastic like and even after children etc are able to regain form as any other muscle can to some degree , these are worth starting early as you are then in good practise for how to and have a routine to follow
Larger than expected
I have never done kegals before these. I was very excited to start. There are a few postitive aspects about these. The material is soft and smooth, high quality silicone. The box it comes in is perfect. Unfortunately, I think these may be a little too large for some, I would have preferred them smaller and heavier. For how many there are, they could use a little more range in weight. The heaviest was not enough for me.
An amazing product, not as needed as thought
Over the past couple of years, I have purchased a number of different types of kegel balls / ben wa balls / jiggle balls, all of which have had good and bad things about them, but neither benefited me in the way I had hoped. When stumbling across this set from Tracey Cox (a brand I have purchased multiple times from and am yet to be disappointed by) I was super excited - it seemed to be exactly what I had been looking for this entire time. I loved the fact that around the time I was looking Lovehoney had started listing the weight/s of the products, so before purchasing I could use a scale to determine whether the weights included in this set would be different to what I already have. Upon arrival straight away I was impressed with the storage box it came in - simple design, discrete about it's contents and neatly organised the products within. Diving in further, everything about the kegel balls themselves seemed to have had a lot of thought put in and screams great quality! The shape appears to match those in the love egg category, which I feel this is more suited than the usual ball shaped kegel balls as it feels more ergonomic and comfortable. With it being a seamless design, this makes the kegel weights smoother during use, insertion/removing, and helps with the cleanliness as there's no seams which can sometimes be hard to thoroughly clean. The weights being silent was also a pleasant feature as it meant they could be used silently. With all that being said, I do feel like for me this was a wasted purchase for myself and instead, I need to get over the paranoia that I have. Having used the each of the weights, neither felt like they were doing anything. Each one I tried, down to the heaviest (darkest purple), I could walk around absolutely fine for over an hour without having to try to keep it in place, therefore I do not believe they would improve my pelvic floor muscles - and maybe I need to learn to stop worrying about this.
Training in progress
This set is beautiful! The attention to detail here is fabulous. The lightest colour egg is the lightest and the darker coloured egg is the heaviest which means you are easily able to tell where you are on your kegal training journey. The darkest egg is actually pretty heavy when you hold it in your hands, 130g doesn't sound like a lot but when you think about holding it with your vagina suddenly it's a whole lot more. I am not there yet, and I probably won't be for a little bit (but I will get there)! The silicone is so silky, these feel like premium toys. They are displayed in the cutest little box, I know they say don't but all your eggs in one basket but surely a box is fine?
Perfect intro to Kegel exercise
I've never owned kegel balls before, but when I saw this set, I knew I wanted to try it. What really sold me, more than anything, was the fact that is has 6 different weights—most sets I've seen only have 3 at the most, and it seemed a lot more sensible to get a set that'll last a long time. Plus, I wanted the assurance of instructions being included. The information written by Tracey Cox is extremely helpful and has gotten me started on a great exercise routine that's already having a positive effect on my orgasms. Hurray \o/ These are super smooth to the touch with a slight texture towards the base of them. Training is fun
Me and My wife have always been scared of anal, about a week ago we watched some rated R Movies and both agreed that we were going to do it, but we wanted to start off really small and easy but wanted something with a nice variety, We decided to take a look and found these. Just what we were looking for
My wife and I are both in our late 60's and, in fairness, she has never been one for exercise in any form. Recently though she has begun to show an interest in strengthening her pelvic floor muscles, mainly to guard against incontinence but also to tighten her vagina if possible. We were very pleased, therefore, to receive this kegel training set to review. The outer packaging, a black card box, is sturdy and looks classy. Inside is a silver plastic container with a black plastic lid. Lifting the lid reveals the six weights mounted in a rack designed to hold them safely and separately. The weights are colour coded with the lightest weight having the lightest colour and the heaviest weight having the darkest colour. This is a really useful feature. The included booklet gives very clear instructions on how to use the weights on a daily basis and how to progress through the different weights. Obviously, never having used kegel balls or eggs before my wife started off with the lightest weight. Using a small amount of water based lubricant the weight slipped into place easily and felt comfortable. She found it easy to position correctly and easy to remove when needed. She also found it comfortable to wear over longer periods too which was one of her initial concerns She is determined to use this training set diligently to improve her muscle tone.

Inside was a square glossy black box with some information about the item and Tracey Cox branding. I opened this and found a small leaflet with detailed, clear information you need in order to use and look after your pelvic floor's new best friends. I was expecting to find a single Kegel toning ball so I was really pleasantly surprised to find that this box contained a whole set of six. This set ranges from a manageable 50g for beginners to a hefty 130g for more advanced users. The product has obviously been carefully thought out as the set contains not only individually weighted balls but a plain plastic storage container with a tray inside that holds the weights suspended above the bottom so they can air after washing and drying. Each ball is colour-coded which makes it simple to pick out which one you want quickly. They range from light lavender to deep purple, all gorgeous colours that look lovely arranged in their case. The balls have a lovely soft, smooth silicone coat that is easy to clean and comfortable to use. They're perfectly shaped for easy insertion (use a dab of water-based lube on the ball before use) but as they're more egg-shaped than round balls they're also easy to remove (and make for a slightly better workout). There's also a subtle diamond design in the silicone at the base. The 'string' is the same soft silicone as the ball and is stretchy but very strong so no need to worry about removal with these. It's also comfortable in use as it's very soft and flexible. I'm a big fan of Kegel balls. I've used them for both toning my pelvic floor and for sexual pleasure. Using them always makes me think of sex which then makes me feel aroused but more importantly if you want to protect yourself from possible future incontinence and have stronger orgasms, Kegel exercises are a must. Kegel balls are a simple and pleasurable way to get this exercise. These are what I'd consider true toning balls rather than 'pleasure' balls (although I find these very pleasurable to use). The pleasure balls I've used previously have sometimes had a jiggle ball inside them (these don't that I can detect) or are made of metal or glass or vibrate to add something more sensual to their design.
