These Kegel balls are much heavier weight up from my Lilo beads. Comparing the jiggling of the inner spheres- they jiggle some but not as much. I like the soft silicon covering of them. Being a Ben-Wa advocate and addict, I’ve got quite the collection of Ben Wa balls, these are what Id class as an intermediate set of Ben-Wa balls and whilst they are solid, sturdy and easy to clean, they just don’t feel as sexy as some... Ok, so I'm a big fan of kegel balls. I like the feel and weight when wearing them, as well as knowing I'm carrying a little secret inside of me. My favourite kegel balls
I've tried a few different brands of kegel balls and I think these are my favourite. I like that these ones are all in one and you don't have to take them apart to clean them (like the Lelo ones) as that's very fiddly. Also, the connector between the balls is not flexible, meaning it's very easy to put in. I've not had trouble keeping these in while I've been using them. Whilst I don't get a lot of physical stimulation from this set (you can't feel the internal balls moving around or anything), the mental stimulation of walking around outside with them in is very satisfying. I had initially bought them help me exercise my pelvic floor regularly but I'm bad at remembering to put them in every day or two to see if that makes a difference.
A perfect fit
I've tried my share of kegel balls over the years, and this is the first two-ball model that I have been able to fit inside of me without having to cut them in half. It might have something to do with the heavier weight making the balls themselves smaller, and thus better able to fit inside. The best Kegel balls
I purchased these a while ago and I love them! I have had other kegel balls in the past that have been joined by a cord and have had some kind of cord at the bottom. I have moved onto these from the 60g product as I felt it was time to advance. These are smaller in circumference than the lighter product making it for more advanced users. When I first started using them I did notice that the balls were heavier but it wasn’t a huge challenge to hold them in (it wasn’t a challenge to hold the 60g ones in either) but as I had noticed increased sensitivity with the free-roaming balls in the lighter product I was hoping that the same would happen with this one. This is the first kegal ball set that I have ever bought, I was unsure if it would work for me because you're meant to use bigger and lighter ones at first. But I just went for it. Not the most comfortable to wear
These are the first kegel weights I bought and they were too heavy for me at first but after some practice with lighter ones I can now handle these weights without too much trouble. Their design is very simple and they look like a tiny pair of purple dumbbells. The retrieval cord is tough and there is no fear of it snapping when being pulled. They don’t jiggle much and are purely just weights to help with your kegel muscles- so no pleasure here, I’m afraid. There is no flexibility in them at all which makes insertion/removal easy but it can create some discomfort when worn which is especially apparent when trying to sit down with them inserted- this doesn’t happen all the time but it’s enough to make me cautious about it. The cord at the base of the weights is a bit stiff and can feel like it’s rubbing me the wrong way as I walk. I recommend turning the weights so that the cord aligns with your slit to prevent this but it can still seem a little irritating at times. They were hard to keep in at first but eventually I could hold them in place when I went shopping and back, for example. I did notice that my orgasms would feel stronger after wearing them for a few hours so that’s a big plus. Even though my very first use didn’t go perfectly as it kept “crowning”, the orgasm that I had later that day hit me like a train (in a good way). Cute, slightly squidgy, rattly but won't make a sudden clanking sound in the corner shop. I went for the heaviest ones and they are fine. I am sure most people could rise (or clench) to the challenge. If you push them high up in the vagina they can stay in all day without discomfort. Pulling them down so that the outer ball is just past the pubic bone makes them 'come to life' so you can feel when you are doing your kegel exercises. They don't provide a massive level of weight resistance, but they do enable you to differentiate between the squeeze and the lift elements of the exercise with ease. I didn't find them especially erotic in use, but I feel that the 'benefits' come later. They are moulded in one piece so super hygenic and easy to clean. Smooth and slip in easily with a bit of lube. First foray with kegel balls
So to preface, I don't have a great deal of sensation internally. I think it's always been like that because I don't remember a time that I could but even G spot vibrators or specific things targeting the inside I just didn't really feel. With that in mind I was hoping that trying kegel balls might help things out there, and I've also had a child so you can never have too strong a pelvic floor! Initially I was hesitant about going for the heavier balls straight off but I didn't have any problem getting or keeping them in even from the first time so that's a perk, and in your hand they feel wonderfully smooth and rattley. Bearing in mind my previous sensation problem, I couldn't feel the jiggle as I moved around but I'd say that's a me problem not a them problem. However, after a bit of using them I do honestly think I can feel more. Even if it's a placebo effect I'm still benefiting from it so I'll take that as a win! As a product, they're firm (more solid than I expected actually!) and smooth which makes for easier insertion and the loop on the bottom feels sturdy, giving some peace of mind that I'll definitely be able to get them out again. I've not tried other kegel balls but I honestly can't see what any other could give you that these don't so if you're in the market for some I'd give these a go. The price is excellent for the quality of manufacture in my opinion.
Too light for a 25 year old?
My friend recommended I get some keegle balls after she said she was almost moaning in the street from walking with them, so I thought I'd give them a go! I am in my mid-twenties and purchased these in the sale thinking they might be too heavy for me. I *think* I have a reasonably tight vagina as it takes me a long time to warm up and be able to use even a slender dildo... And it turns out these were the same. Felt very tight inserting them fully. Once they were in they were noticeable but not uncomfortable. However, I couldn't feel the metal balls on the inside moving AT ALL. I tried doing housework, even jumping up and down, and still nothing. I didn't seem to be putting any effort in to hold them him either. They were pretty snug in there! Once I took them out, it did feel like I'd had a bit of a workout so I can see how they strengthen without you even noticing. It is a shame I didn't get any sexual stimulation from them but I will continue to use them for tightening. I think I may personally need smaller sized balls and will invest in some in the future.
Not too heavy
I brought these after struggling to use the heavy FFG kegal balls. I down sized the weight and im really glad I did. I found them easy to insert and hold onto. Sometimes I forget they are in but something reminds me they are there and I clench. I can wear them pretty much all day. I am starting to notice a difference down stairs after using these quite regularly. Im hoping after a good few months of using these I can go back up in weight to my FFG ones. I didnt get the giggle thing at all. It just doesn't seem to do anything. They are also quite ridgid so it would be nice if they were a bit more flexible. Very easy to clean. I do not find them difficult to keep, in fact they stay in without trying and I forget about them. I wanted something heavy that would challenge me. This was not it. Not as hard as I thought they would be
I have used these several times. They were my first type of kegel ball and I was slightly worried about starting with a heavy ball but didn't want to start off too easy either. I have no difficulty keeping them in, even when I first use them. I am definitely glad that I didn't go lighter. Great quality
Really pleased with these kegel balls. Comfortable and discreet
I have used other balls before and although they help with pelvic floor etc they weren't always easy to insert, keep in or clean. These are brilliant. I love the color and the feel of them. They are easy to use and discrete (I can't hear them at all and would happily where them about town). I have had 3 children and although I work hard to keep my pelvic floor in shape, a little extra help can only be an advantage. They don't feel heavy at all like I expected they would. I have to say though that I did not feel aroused at all using them but then as they were bought for a kegal workout and not arousal I don't mind this.
Treat yourself
I have previously bought an electronic pelvic floor toner but usage fell to the wayside within 2 weeks as fiddly. I love these balls! I have not owned kegel balls before. I love the soft feel of these and the size. They are comfortable and not too heavy. As many people have said, they are a great little warm up toy and I love how they are a pleasurable way to tone up. Easy, discrete, effective.
Love honey delivered quickly and discretely as expected. The balls come in a Love honey branded box, in a small plastic bag with an instruction leaflet. They are certainly heavier which I like but the 'link' between the 2 balls isn't very flexible compared to the Tracey Cox ones and I didn't find them very jiggly at all once they were in. These balls are the heavier of the pair i brought i also got the 60g ones as im a beginner. I actually bought this to help strengthen my pelvic floor. which it has done. But also feels very satisfying when moving around with them in, even by just walking as the weights inside the balls move. Definitely has given me a higher sex drive as well, because its like a warm up toy to the deed. Its easy to insert in once there a good amount of lube and I find it easier to squat and insert it in slowly. It's quite easy to remove as well, I also find it easier to squat and remove it slowly. I don't find this uncomfortable while its in, can be a bit uncomfortable inserting it but it's fine once it's inserted. I'm aware that there is 3 different weights, and this one is the heaviest. This is the first one I've tried and glad I chose the heaviest to try, as it's saved me money in the long run. I will recommend this to my friends.

I tried lighter balls before and was a bit "meh" about them. They made me wet quite quickly but I could not really feel them in any way. I was quite hesitant to get this product, but with lovehoney's amazing return policy I decided to give it a go. It was a blast! The balls are very pleasant to the touch as well as quite heavy. They go in easily and make you feel every move - sitting, walking, standing, bending... I thought I will fall down the stairs! Makes shopping very fun

Lovehoney Double Kegel Balls
I bought these kegel balls as part of the 2 for €25 offer and am very glad I did. I had read about the various benefits of kegel balls and kegel exercises and decided I'd like to try them for myself. This is my first set of kegel balls and although they are recommended for more advanced users I don't find them hugely difficult to use. Nice and weighty
I wanted to write my own review before I even clicked 'buy' on this product! My reason being I'm 22 and had my second child 9 weeks ago and could not find one review from a similar point of view. I'd been doing kegels on their own but never on a regular basis before and throughout my pregnancy, silly I know. I bought the Tracey Cox Supersex Single Silicone Toner Ball (39g) after my first child and never found this much of a challenge so remembering that I had it around a week ago, I dug it out of the toy box and gave it a go...to my dismay, still nowhere near a challenge. To my trusty adult website I went! Despite making out my first order to my old address by mistake and Lovehoney handling this like a BOSS! I eventually received my knock at the door from the postie around 2:30pm this afternoon. Literally snatching the ever discreet brown paper envelope out of his hand I slammed the door shut, jumped on the sofa and ripped it open. I was presented with Lovehoney's own brand packaging warning me that this product was indeed as heavy as it felt in hand. I'll stop here and mention that as I already owned the Tracey Cox Supersex Single Silicone Toner Ball, my initial intentions where to purchase her double kegel balls (78g) but looking at the product videos and reading reviews I decided that they might be a little big and uncomfortable for me personally. Whilst Lovehoney's option looks equally daunting with a fixed, rigid middle section holding the balls together they are surprisingly comfortable and oh MY do they provide an extremely satisfying full sensation - G-spot alert! The instructions that come with the product suggest a 15 minute use first time however I started using them at 2:45 and have been waiting for a feeling of discomfort to occur to warn me I'm over doing it but nothing yet! Even after a hardcore dance/washing up session - fully jumping up and down too (purely to see if this made a difference to grip - it didn't!) For myself, the move up from 36g to Lovehoney's Heavy double kegel balls at 90g hasn't shocked the system that much. Whilst they really do provide a challenge they are not so heavy that I cannot keep them in or clench around them only 9 weeks after having a baby - this could just be me though so older or first time kegel ball users might want to try Lovehoney's intermediate set at 60g. Overall I am extremely pleased with this purchase and looking forward to testing my new gadget out and about. I'll be using theses kegel balls daily to improve orgasm intensity for both me and my partner and will definitely come back and update on my progress in that respect! This set does not come with a bag or carry case but this is a less than minor issue. Thank you Lovehoney for another amazing value for money.
Good for beginners even though they're heavy
When I ordered these balls I did not know much about kegel balls, so I did not pay attention to their weight. However, I think they are intended more for experienced users than for beginners. Nevertheless, they work great for me, even though it was pretty difficult keeping them in to start off with. These balls feel very nice and are so easy to put in and take out. Even though I am pretty young and have never had children, I can definitely still see the results. I am getting much better at using them now, so there's no need to let their weight put you off if you haven't tried anything like them before. For me, the jiggles themselves don't add any pleasure and I don't find holding the balls in particularly arousing either. But that doesn't bother me at all.
Perfect balls
Firstly, these little purple balls are a great colour and very cute! They're also very well designed from a user's point of view. Easy to insert (with a small dab of lube), remove, and keep clean (as the string is part of the body and there are no unnecessary grooves etc.). A quick spritz with LH's own toy cleaner (which I'm miffed to learn is going to be discontinued, so stock up, people!), rinse and leave to dry, ready for their next use. Though they could do with a little bag to keep them in. Ordering one separately is easily forgotten. They're my second set, my first being Tracey Cox's 78g set. I didn't get on with these as I couldn't insert them all the way so they were quite uncomfortable. I'm not an expert in Kegel balls by any stretch of the imagination, but these are perfect for me - heavy enough to give me a good workout and big enough to give me excellent feedback when I actively use my muscles. Oh, and they're cute ;-) I can't hear them knocking when they're inside me, but I really have to jump around to feel them knock anyway (must be me). I don't really find them arousing in use either, though I do enjoy the full feeling they give me and I love the strangely empty feeling I get when I remove them (now that makes me horny as I'm looking for something alternative to make me feel full again!). The removal string is strong and, for me, the perfect length as it can't be felt when I'm moving around. It's also, like the balls themselves, easy and hygienic to keep clean. I noticed a positive difference in the strength and length of my orgasms after the first week. I'm now addicted to Kegel balls, as OH has also given me some great feedback. I haven't had children and think I'm in pretty good shape down there anyway, but every little helps in the effort to keep my essential bits happy and healthy! Pretty good
Well on taking it out of the box I was pleasantly suprised it's a lovely purple colour and the rubber is nice and smooth, I expected the balls to be bigger but it's not a problem as need a little lube to get it in. This is my 2nd upgrade from a 56g ben wa ball set that iv been using on and off for a couple years and I was surprised as i have actually managed to keep these ones in all day with vigorous activity. I was hoping for a challenge so will probably be upgrading again in a month but will use these in mean time.

Great workout
These are the fourth pair of kegel balls that I have bought, and are the heaviest so far. Unlike the others they are rigid, rather than each section moving seperately. Initially I thought this would be quite uncomfortable, but they are actually fine. The texture of the material is very soft and luxurious without any smell, and they were very easy to insert. They were not as big as I thought they would be at that weight - which is definately a good thing. After wearing them and doing kegel exercises for about 20 minutes a day over a few days, I was definately feeling the benefit. I'm sure that using these regularly will prove to be very rewardiing ! A very minor gripe would be that it would have been nice to have a bag with them to keep them in, but that is the only bad thing I have to say about them.
Fantastic
I bought these as I was finding my original kegel balls weren't giving my muscles a challenge anymore. The balls arrived very quickly and discretely as ever so of course the first thing I did was to try them. Inserting them was easy and as they are joined together I didn't have to fiddle about with the string that my first balls had. My muscles immediately didn't know what had hit them but soon adjusted to this new challenge I'd given them and soon enough I was walking around the house only being slightly aware that the balls were there. Now to the only part of the balls I don't like. When it was time to take the balls out I had trouble putting my finger into the loop and pulling them out. To me this could be longer but everyone is different. All in all this is a fantastic product and I'm looking forward to having a man penetrate me as it will be a whole new experience!
The best set of jiggle balls ever
I ordered these with a couple of other items, and they were delivered in a plain brown box. Lovehoney deliveries are always discrete. The kegal balls come in a small cardboard box with the distinctive Lovehoney design on it, featuring the dark pink and white design. There is also a picture of the kegal balls on the back of the box. Inside you will find the kegal balls encapsulated in a clear plastic bag. The kegal balls are a dark purple colour (even though they look blue on my iPad). They are made of silicon, it's a smooth silicon. Not as smooth as Lelo products but better than most silicon toys. Lovehoney have obviously used a higher grade of silicon in this product than most manufacturers. The ball total weight is 90g, which is a good weight for kegal balls. The weight makes them suitable for advanced users, and intermediate users looking to progress. Beginners would find them too heavy to keep in place comfortably. I inserted the kegal balls with just a spot of lube. (Some people may require more lube, but I get very wet when excited.) Unlike most kegal balls these are rigid and fixed in position in the centre. I found this to be a good feature. It ment that the kegal balls rubbed against my g-spot. Mmmmm very nice. I usually wear a set of kegal or ben waa balls every day. I own several different sets and these are now my joint favourite set. (Joint favourite with my magnetic hematite ben waa balls.) They feel larger inside than some balls and I found them easy to clench/grip. My ben waa balls make me very wet and fairly excited, but these kegal balls very nearly made me come! They rest and rub against my g-spot very nicely. After about three hours I had to take them out and play with myself, I was just so excited and turned on that I couldn't even wait for my OH to come home. Will these be your main squeeze?
I was lucky enough to be chosen to test run a set of the 90g kegal balls workout and give my honest opinion. I write this as a 26 year old who hasn't given birth, and has tried kegal products in the past. Packaging The packaging is standard Lovehoney own brand packaging, which is a tasteful white box with a photo of the item on and no tacky wording! It's practical and handy to keep your kegal balls in until you buy a storage pouch as there isn't one included. The kegal balls The balls feel good to touch. They are quite weighty and solid feeling with a smooth silicone finish. A gentle shake lets you know that these have free roaming weights inside to provide the "jiggly" feeling associated with some kegal trainers. They are Lovehoney purple which is a nice vibrant shade. Size wise they are large enough that you shouldn't have any difficulty keeping them in, but small enough that only a small amount of lube will be needed for easy insertion. I like the retrieval loop that is attached to the balls as it gives you a peace of mind that you can easily remove them. The loop is made of silicone which means it is hygenic and easy to clean, as well as comfortable against the skin. First impression using the balls The balls were easy to insert and felt comfortable once in. My only slight disappointment was that i could not feel any jiggle movement from the weights! I tried jumping up and down, running, hula hoop hip movements and even thrusting but still felt no movement. That left me a little disappointed as in my hands they had felt so jiggly so i was looking forward to extra stimulation! I found that I could wear the balls for hours with no problems at all, except for remembering to clench and do the exercises! To remove I simply push them out whilst pulling gently on the cord. Afterwards a wash with toy cleaner is enough to clean them ready for the next use. Longer term uses After a few weeks with the kegal balls I did notice improved muscle tone, and my husband commented on how strong I was able to grip him during sex. It's always nice to be able to feel that the workout is making a difference. My only problem here is that personally I didn't find the balls a challenge at all. I much prefer a heavier, smaller set that works me out in a shorter period of time each day rather than wearing an easier set for hours at a time. Using the balls for pleasure I had an idea to get the jiggle from my balls and decided to give it a shot! Once the balls were in place I inserted a strong internal vibrator so that it was in contact with the balls. Wow! With the strong vibrations i could feel a deep rumbly shakey sensation which I can only assume was the weights jiggling around! It wasn't enough to get me off but at least I now have an understanding about what the knocking sensation feels like! Value for money Personally I think these are a great price for a quality item, especially if you are new to kegal excersises. I do feel like anything in life though you will soon be wanting more of a challenge so I would highly recommend these as either a starter set, or a mid way weight on your quest to manage the hardest balls on the market!
Jiggle and tone
I love these kegal balls. They come in the distinctive Lovehoney packaging and are enclosed in a plastic bag, they also come with a helpful leaflet giving you tips on how to use them. I have been using kegal balls on and off for about 2 years, but I would recommend using them regularly to get the best effects. Recently I have been good and made sure to use them daily, I have definitely noticed stronger and longer orgasms each and every time I orgasm. These Lovehoney kegal balls are purple silicone and the material feels really soft. I was surprised when I first got them out of the box to find the middle section is fixed and was wondering how comfortable this would be in use. In fact this wasn't a problem for me at all. Using water-based lube I find these ok to insert as long as I use enough lube. Either standing up or laying on the bed is a good position to insert them. Make sure to insert them in far enough otherwise they will feel uncomfortable. Once in they give me a lovely full feeling, and I really enjoy wearing them out and about. The heavier weight of these make it easier for me to remember to squeeze them. So as I'm walking around the shops I'm just casually squeezing and releasing which also has the benefit of making the jiggle balls more noticeable, which makes shopping way more interesting! You can wear kegal balls for a short amount of time and do a workout with them. Or what I tend to do is wear them for a good few hours this way your muscles naturally are holding them to keep them in, and do a few extra squeezes when you remember. It is advised not to go to the toilet with them in, personally I find I can't actually go to the toilet while wearing them anyway, so just remember to remove them before you go. After use they are super easy to clean due to being all silicone, just a few sprays of sex toy cleaner, clean and rinse then leave to dry. I highly recommend these kegal balls, they are one of my favourite pairs, with regular use you will see the benefits. And everyone wants stronger and longer orgasms, don't they?
Squeezy does it
As I had been using my previous kegel balls for over a year I did feel in need of something a bit more challenging, so when I heard I was getting these to try I couldn't wait to give my muscles a good workout. When I opened the box and took them out I was surprised at how small and compact they look compared to my other set. My others weigh 78g and these are noticeably heavier at 90g. I gave them a little shake and could feel the jiggle of the internal balls along with a very quiet knocking noise , which incidentally you cannot hear at all once they're inside you. They are a lovely purple/blue colour and feel very smooth and silky to the touch with no obvious ridges or seams. Really liked the fact that the small connecting piece between the two balls is fairly thick and robust looking with only a slight amount of give to it. The silicone retrieval cord is a good length, not too long so that it gets in the way and irritates you all the time.It's in a loop style so you just hook your finger in and pull the balls out. It's a lot stronger than it looks which certainly gives extra confidence when it comes to removal. There is also a little instruction leaflet which gives advice on how long to wear them for to start with. They inserted very easily with a tiny drop of lube and because of their shorter length they were a lot more comfortable then my previous ones. My muscles automatically clenched around them and there didn't seem to be any danger of them slipping out unexpectedly. According to the instructions you should keep them in for 15 minutes the first time but I soon forgot they were there and after about an hour I was reminded by the fact that my muscles were starting to ache a bit, so they were definitely doing something! Over the week I built up the time that I kept them in and also made sure to keep giving regular little squeezes to get the maximum benefit .At the end of the week I could easily keep them in all day. Although they jiggle when you shake them in your hand I didn't feel it once they were in. I could feel a slightly pleasurable pressure occasionally but even when I did some quite vigorous exercise I still couldn't feel the jiggle but maybe that's just me ! Removal was simple, just a little tug on the loop and they came with no problems.Being smooth silicone they are easy to clean, I just gave them a wash with soap and warm water and then left them to air dry. These are not only great for your pelvic floor workout but I found they are also good to use before sex.I kept them in during foreplay and when the time came to remove them I was incredibly wet! A nice little extra bonus there ;) These are good for anyone wanting to move up from their current set of kegel balls to something with a bit more of a challenge. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about these little beauties. They come highly recommended from me !
Weighty workout
Fact of the day: I love putting kegel trainers of any description through their paces, whether they be balls, bananas or dildos, metal or silicone, vibrating or even those of the muscle zapping electrical variety. So when I received the email telling me the lovely sex toy fairy had selected me to give these ones a shot I was elated. So thank you, Lovehoney. The first thing I thought when the postie handed me the package was, ooh these are nice and weighty! (Well that’s a lie, my first thought was actually oh God, don’t shake the frigging box, they JIGGLE man!) I couldn’t wait to get at them though, so as soon as I closed the door I was tearing into the box. The little purple peanut I found inside made me smile. Soft, smooth and silky silicone is one of the nicest things your fingers can touch, and these kegel balls are wrapped in exactly that. They’re seamless and flawless so even just handling them is a pleasure. The retrieval cord is moulded from the same piece of silicone that covers the rigid balls so there are no seams there to irritate should they drop, and unlike some other sets the cord is super smooth and flexible so doesn’t dig in uncomfortably while you go about your business. At 90g, they’re not the heaviest set I have, but they do provide a decent work out. I only needed the tiniest bit of lube to insert them and once they were in I could feel my muscles instantly taking over, clinging on so I didn’t lose them. I wore them for the rest of the day when they first arrived then the whole of the next day and didn’t have any discomfort at all. I've slept with them in too and all that happened there was I woke up tsunami wet and that in itself was a turn on for both me and my husband. I have to admit that I didn’t find them particularly jiggly once they were inside me but as a rule I don’t look for that in kegel balls so I don’t mind much. I did forget they were there a few times because there was no movement to remind me but when I took the stairs ( or did my version of running) the weight definitely caught my attention. To remove them simply pull on the cord until they pop out. It’s stronger than it looks so don’t worry about snapping it. Give them a quick wash under a tap and spray with toy cleaner before air drying and storing in a satin bag (which you will have to buy yourself, unfortunately). I would whole heartedly recommend these to any woman who has some intermediate experience with kegel exercisers and needs to step up her routine, and they would be an excellent choice if you were in the market for a set to replace your old worn ones. There’s nothing about them not to love.
Perfect step up for intermediate users
I would class myself as an experienced but intermediate level kegel ball user. My most recent previous set weighed in at 72g, and I must admit the lack of challenge meant I had fallen out of the habit of using them at all. When the opportunity to test these heavy balls came up I knew these would be exactly what I was looking for as a next step up. Lovehoney’s silicone is lovely and feels very high quality. Silky soft to the touch, doesn’t attract any fluff, firm but not unyielding, it’s got all the good things silicone should have. As first impressions go, you feel like you’re holding a far more expensive luxury item. Which is good! The one thing about the silicone is it has a lot of drag. In fact, for the first time ever I needed to use a drop of lube in order to insert these comfortably. Even if you don’t usually use it, I wouldn’t skip the lube. The size and shape of this set is great; they’re small enough to be comfortable and easy to insert, but large enough that you don’t struggle to keep them inside you. The shape seems to hug you internally and helps them stay snuggly in place. I thought being bigger could make them less of a challenge than my previous set, but I was wrong. It makes them easier to use, but not any less of a work out. In use, you can seriously notice these balls are inside you. They’re quite long, which at first was a little uncomfortable (especially considering the silicone bridge between the two balls barely flexes at all) but over time gave me a deliciously full feeling. The weight adds to this, I don’t tend to wear kegel balls to arouse myself but these certainly fit the bill. Bending over puts quite a bit of pressure on your g-spot, which is a great tease. Even just sitting around is a great tease! These certainly are not a set of kegel balls which you can leave inside you for hours and forget about them. The free roaming balls inside the kegel balls were strangely not noticeable. I jumped about and wiggled my butt for a while but couldn’t feel them at all. This could be a bad thing if you like the feeling of the balls moving inside you, but I actually prefer it this way. A lot of the time when you are wearing kegel balls you can actually hear the inner balls clicking and clacking, which is embarrassing if someone notices. These are completely silent while inside you, so while you’re not getting the movement sensation you are getting total discretion which to me is well worth the trade off. You still get a lot of stimulation from the size and weight inside you, so you don’t really miss the ball movements. These are actually the first set of kegel balls I’ve used that can turn me on at all, which surprised me. Turns out working out can be fun! In terms of actually working your muscles, these really do their job. I like to contract my muscles around the kegel balls every so often rather than just leave them in, and after about 15 minutes of this I could feel my muscles were getting quite tired! This is great as it means you can actually do the whole 15 minutes a day thing doctors recommend and know you’re actually working your muscles. The little silicone loop may seem irrelevant but is a brilliant compromise to me between having a removal string (comfortable but hard to clean) or one of those long silicone tabs (uncomfortable but easy to clean). You have essentially got a silicone string, comfortable and easy to clean. Perfect! You don’t notice it at all while you’re wearing the kegel balls, and although it feels like an elastic band it is strong enough to pull the balls out without stretching or snapping. It’s a nice little finishing touch, I really like it! Once you’ve had your work out, these could not be easier to clean. The thought of a demanding clean up can very easily put you off using your kegel balls, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to get them used, washed and put away. Obviously these were going to be super easy to maintain because they are made entirely from silicone, but the clever design makes it even easier. The smooth, one piece design and lack of difficult to clean string means you just pop them out, spritz with toy cleaner or a little soap and water and rinse well. With a lot of kegel balls you either have to remove the balls from a holder or scrub silly little grooves to make sure they are properly clean, which is off putting. It really is very quick and simple to make sure this set are as good as new. Overall, I was quite correct that these are the perfect next level of work out for me. They definitely live up to their ‘advanced’ name and they outperformed my expectations in terms of arousal. They’re great quality and work in every way they are supposed to. What more can you say, really? Big old thumbs up from me!
