This was our first sex machine, and for a compact model it offers a surprisingly decent thrust length. The added warming and vibration functions were definitely a hit with my wife. However, the suction base isn’t very strong, and the thrusting power feels quite limited, the motor often sounds strained and doesn’t deliver the intensity we were hoping for. It’s also very noisy, which can be a mood-killer. Overall, it has some nice features, but the performance didn’t quite meet our expectations.

On the plus side, the build quality and materials feel nice and premium. Both attachments have a nice balance of being firm enough to hold their shape, while having a soft and supple exterior. The heating is a novelty, and although it isn't something she particularly cares for, we can see how some people would love it.
Now for the negative. We have tried this sex machine a handful of times, and unfortunately it doesn't seem to have lived up to what we had hoped when we bought it. She was really looking forward to feeling the machine thrusting inside her while sucking him, but so far it's not worked out.
There are only a couple of places in our house that we've found that we can attach the suction cup (although it does seem to hold well once attached). We've tried a variety of positions on several occasions, and although it felt good sometimes, she never managed to orgasm with it. The set up and clean up are ok for a sex machine, but the bit of extra effort and lack of results have meant that it's ended up sitting unused for quite some time now, in favour of any one of our other toys.

I’ll admit this is my first time buying a sex machine so I had no idea what to expect. Sadly the machine itself is too heavy to have the suction cup be useful but for thrusting it is pretty good.
Since I can’t use the suction cup i usually just place the bottom of it between my calves/ankles and hold it there while it thrusts. Having had my eye on a machine like this for some time I thought I’d finally bite the bullet and see if they’re worth it and I can say it is but it has some downsides as well.
Firstly the good. The price is not too bad compared to others on the market available, the form factor and size is good enough for it to be stored discreetly and not take up too much space. The charge lasts a while and it hasn’t ran out mid use. The thrusts are definitely the better part as the vibrations kind of get lost in the motion. I do really like the remote, makes it very easy to use in multiple positions without having to reach for the machine. Changing the dildos is easy and both are pretty standard sizes. The blue one doesn’t see much use for me however as I do much prefer the regular one.
The negatives, the noise, whilst isn’t a direct issue for me, it is a loud machine and perhaps for someone who wants a quiet machine this might not be for them. Handheld isn’t necessarily worth it as I’ve found it’s a difficult machine to hold and have in the right place for it to work, sticking it to something is better, however maybe it’s just me, or the surfaces I’m sticking it to, it just doesn’t stay on for long which is a shame, but directly down onto something works fine.
Overall I’m happy with the purchase, it gives a different experience than the usual dildo or vibrator.

First off, the whole thing is built well; the quality is very good. The base is sturdy and suction cup works well. The buttons feel good when pressed and the charger hole is well sealed.

Been thinking about a machine toy for a while but wasn’t sure they’d be worth the money… then I spotted this beauty on sale and figured it was worth a shot, and let me say, it absolutely did not disappoint, biggest O of my life.
The vibrations are just nice to get you warmed up but to be honest, once I really got going with the thrusting, I stopped noticing the vibration almost all together. The thrusting and warming function of this is really great although the thrust and vibrate do not work at the same time. The device itself is quite loud but it is powerful and its a good travel size. It does take a long time to charge- 300 minutes, and you only get just under an hour out of it.

I was thrilled to be sent the Lovehoney Remote Control Warming Thrusting Sex Machine Set in exchange for an honest review. I have always been very curious about this kind of toy so couldn't wait for it to arrive!
It came quickly and discreetly by local mail, so no hanging around! Lovehoney always has beautiful packaging, very informative on the functionality of the toy and a few giggles to be had.
Inside we have the machine, two attachments, charging cable and remote control. After a quick charge, it was time to see what this bad boy could do! I had a little trouble with the suction cup initially, but once you get the hang of it it holds really well!
The sex machine is super easy to operate, with 4 clear buttons and a remote control to adjust settings. The very first thrust mode will have you going weak at the knees! The warming element takes a little while to kick I'm and seems to heat more of the middle of the shaft, but it is pleasant all the same!
Both attachments are curved at the tip, giving that easy to hit the spot shape! Overall, this Thrusting sex machine set is just such a good idea! It is small enough to be tucked away, but will make playtime all the more exciting! Include a partner for a simulated 3 way experience!
Very effective toy, unique experience
The Feel:
Can't recommend this one enough. If you work with it in the right way it can deliver a fast, hard, and variable f***. It has the power and battery to really effectively mimic a good action and keep it up for longer than most people tend to. Never had an experience like it with another toy including "thrusting" types, it's in its own class from that perspective.
The Build:
The toy is surprisingly effective so the build quality in terms of measuring power versus battery life and noise is clearly good. The design of the toy connection is nice and secure, but I would not trust it to be watertight, so just have to watch out for wetness travelling. The controls are really easy (which is obviously essential for solo play) and there's a huge selections of patterns which all feel very different, more than I've been able to play with so far.
The Protips (for anal play):
- It's not going to work great right out of the box for anal beginners, it's not going to do all the work for you, you'd need to work up to enjoying it.
- Be warmed up before you use it, it works best as sustained fun rather than prep. It struggles a bit if you're not ready. If you can mimic the size and speed of the toy manually then you're ready for the toy.
- Fully charge it before use. Goes without saying and the battery is good, but it's not a toy you're going to want to stop working suddenly.
- Avoid using too much lube and make sure it doesn't travel down into the toy.
- Find a good spot where you can wedge or suction cup the toy before starting, if you or someone else is holding it it won't be as effective.
- I only tested anally but keeping liquids out of the machine is a must for anyone.

The packaging, as always with Lovehoney, is informative and simplified. Everything I need to know is detailed on the box or within the safety guide included.
Upon unboxing, there are two dildos, the main machine, the charging cable, and a remote control. The dildos are both of a comfortable, non-intimidating size, with one being more realistic, and the other focussing on g-spot stimulation (and a little less realistic being bright blue!) Both are silicone so make for smooth insertion and play and are super easy to clean afterwards. The dildos purely slot into the machine and twist to lock into place. Easy.
The machine is simple enough to charge too, with the connector piercing the material between all the controls and being charged via a USB cable. The box states 300 minutes of charging time will give up to 60 minutes of play. 5 hours felt like a lot of charging time for potentially not much play time, and I made a slight mistake in taking it off charge before the 5 hours was up and attempting to fiddle with some of the controls out of curiosity and impatience. They didn’t work to their full potential so back on charge it went until 5 hours was up.
I got familiar with the controls. Holding the power button for a couple of seconds will turn it on (and again to turn off), and there’s a button with a sun on which controls the warming function. One press will activate it, however I found this takes a number of minutes to reach full warmth, and the warmth is only within the top half of the shaft where the element is; the head and the lower end of the shaft remain cold. You could probably get around this by submerging the toy in warm water straight before play however it didn’t affect play for me enough to feel I had to do this. Above is the thrusting function. There are 7 different patterns, from steady, consistent thrusts to stops and starts to waves. I always prefer the consistent thrusts however it’s fun to go through all the patterns and experiment. There’s a pattern for everyone! The final function controls the vibrations which you can use alongside the thrusting or on its own. Again, there are multiple options and I found all to be very effective.
I found with the slower speed there was a bit of resistance when in use and the machine sounded like it was struggling. With the faster functions this wasn’t too much of an issue.
The remote control is a very handy addition to the set. Rather than reaching around and fiddling with buttons that you can’t really see when in use, the remote boasts buttons to control the thrusts and vibrations. It’s simple to use and fits perfectly within your hand for comfortable use. 2 hours of charge enables 10 hours of play, so no complaints here!
If you’re looking for a subtle toy, I wouldn’t recommend this machine. It’s noisy! And not just a little bit. It’s also quite bulky in size (however well sized for a sex machine) so I’m mindful of where I keep it. A storage bag included would be very handy, however I will buy one as it’s currently stored in its box (which itself isn’t very subtle!)
The suction cup is easy to use however a little temperamental, so it’s advisable to experiment with which surfaces you want to use before you delve into play. I found it worked best suctioned to the laminate floor upright. I tried the wardrobe, side of the bed, side of the bath, and bedside table. Upright was definitely the preferred position to avoid the toy from losing suction.
The toy lasted for around 50 minutes for me, however this wasn’t consistent thrusting, just lots of experimenting and flicking through settings. For 5 hours of charge, I personally don’t think I got much playtime out of it, however the play that I did get was enjoyable. A very affordable sex machine that can be held or using the suction cup!
I have used various vibrators and dildos over the past decade, both by myself and with my partner, and we have tried everything from the Lovehoney Wand to suction cup dildos to the Womanizer to him using prostate massagers so we are quite an experienced couple when it comes to sex toys, but we had never used a sex machine before and (considering the very high price of them) this really seemed like a great entry-level sex machine for us to use!
As always, Lovehoney was very quick with delivery and it arrived in discreet packaging (as usual) and the box for this "Lovehoney Wild Rose Thrusting Sex Machine Set" (to give it the full name on the side of the box) was very useful, with a lot of information about charging and using the sex machine, as well as how to safety change the two dildos and how to clean them!
Inside the box, you have a small remote control (which uses the same charging cable as the main sex machine, which seemed very clever so that you didn't need to use any batteries) and the remote control has 2 buttons for:
1. Changing the vibration setting
2. Changing the thrusting setting
When we were using this, it worked really well and actually (when my partner was holding the sex machine while I was using it) I found holding the remote control much more comfortable then trusting in my partner to know which setting I wanted in that moment and easier than holding the whole sex machine in my hand (I'll talk more about that later in my review).
There are 2 dildo options, a blue curved g spot dildo and a realistic dildo. For personal preferences, I always prefer the realistic dildos so for most of my review it was using that dildo (rather than the blue one) but considering the sex machine included 2 options for the same price it actually is very good as it means regardless of your preference, making one purchase you'll know for sure that you're getting the sort of dildo that you like, or even better you're up for trying both to find which type you prefer!
The sex machine does have a suction cup, but as with all suction cups that hold bigger/heavier dildo (in this case, it is holding the entire sex machine) when we were using it, it really did need to either be on a bathroom tile or it would not work in other places that a more lightweight suction cup dildo would potentially work in! However, the real benefit of this sex machine is that it is also designed to be held and while using it I had orgasms from both holding it myself and from my partner holding it for me (which for me as the best).
Personally, this sex machine was at it's BEST when my partner was holding it (while we were on the bed) when I was in doggy position while using a vibrator at the same time, THAT was SO MUCH better than my partner thrusting a dildo into me himself as not only could I use the remote control to pick the exact perfect setting that I wanted to push me closer (and into) orgasm in that moment, but it actually thrusts FAST (definitely a lot faster than my partner would feel comfortable thrusting a dildo by hand into me) so it felt much closer to wild sex, which was really amazing, so I can definitely see myself using this sex machine dildo a lot more regularly than just regular dildos!
There are 4 buttons on the sex machine, 1 button is to power it on, 1 button is to change the thrusting speed (there are 3 intensities and then a variety of settings) and then your usual variation of vibrator settings with the other button! There is also a warming up button, which I didn't use that much as I personally found it quite distracting, but if that is your thing then this sex machine can do it for you!
The 2 dildos lock into place inside the sex machine and then you twist and pull to remove them, which was very easy to do thankfully as it made cleaning them after use very easy too! The only slight negative is that it is a little tricky/heavy to hold by yourself if you are masturbating with it while also holding a vibrator (and if you are not that strong). However, as soon as I handed this sex machine over to my partner to hold, that was when the magic really happened and I would 100% recommend doggy for this sex machine, it really shines using this in doggy!!! :)
Personally, I LOVED the THRUSTING setting and while masturbating with this sex machine I would always (while using a vibrator on my clit) get myself turned, slowly push the dildo (turned off) inside me, once I had done a few "manual" thrusts I would then turn on the sex machine and got to the 1st setting of the thrust (which actually is pretty fast from the start haha). In the box is :-
1.- The base unit, a cylindrical item about 8" long and 5" in diameter. It has a suction mount on the base and a circular control panel with buttons for the power, warming, vibration and thrusting functions and a charging socket.
2.- Two dildos, A lifelike item and a G spot dildo
3.- The remote control unit
4.- The charging lead.
5.- A small safety and instruction booklet.
As with any rechargeable toy the first thing we do, before testing, is to fully charge the unit. The charging lead has a standard USB plug at one end and a 2.5mm jack plug at the other. The charging socket is in the centre of the control panel. According to the instructions a full charge takes 5 hours and gives 1 hour of use. Considering the number of power-hungry functions this is not unreasonable. The remote control unit is also rechargeable using the same lead.
The dildos lock into the base unit with a bayonet (push and twist) system and the two locking pins are different sizes so that the can only be fitted in one orientation. This is necessary as there are connecting pins for the warming and vibrating functions in the base of each dildo and these must line up exactly with the corresponding pins in the base unit.
Holding in the power button for a few seconds turns the unit on. Pressing each function button switches on (or off ) each individual function. The heating function is simply on or off. It works well but takes about 5 minutes to reach a reasonable temperature. The vibrating and thrusting functions have a number of speeds and patterns and pressing the relevant function buttons scrolls through these speeds and patterns. Holding the function button down for a few seconds turns the function off. Holding down the power button turns the whole unit off. These functions are duplicated on the remote control which worked well too.
In use:-
We mounted the unit to our full length mirror in the bedroom. The suction mount felt very secure and it proved to be so in use.
My wife tried the toy first using the realistic dildo. Thankfully it is a realistic size too rather than the exaggerated dimensions sometimes supplied with toys. It does have a significant curve at the end for G spot stimulation though. Using plenty of lubricant she backed up to the dildo till it eased inside her. She commented that the warmed dildo felt nice, especially when we turned the vibration on. She preferred the lower speeds to the buzzier ones. Unfortunately when we turned the thrusting function on she was not at all happy. Even the slowest speed was quite violent and the length of the thrust was quite short. Only about 1" of movement. She would have much preferred a longer slower movement, at least initially. Sadly it did nothing for her.
I tried the toy next and found it more to my taste. Obviously anal penetration is generally tighter than vaginal penetration and the thrusting motion struggled to make any headway at all on it's slowest speed but on the higher speeds it worked well and I particularly liked the combination of thrusting and vibration. A definite keeper for me.
The included remote control unit was very useful too as reaching round to press the control buttons was awkward (but possible).
The dildos are easily removed for cleaning.
