This was my first toy, and christ what a pearl. It's discreet, you can carry it everywhere (in your toiletry bag for example). The design is so cute, but don't be fooled by its size, this bad boy is sTRONG. It's a bit noisy, but considering how strong it vibrates i honestly get it. But if you put it under covers or under some clothes (if you know you know) it's barely noticeable. It lasts enough time to give yourself a good time for a few sessions and it charges really quickly.
I kept mine for more than 3 years of weekly use (multiple times a week) before some piece broke and it was harder to use and i had to replace it (it could still vibrate though). I feel like that's an honest lifetime for something so cheap. It's really a good deal. If you want something of good quality, that is quite versatile and discreet, go for it!!

I like having option more then just 3 levels that most brands give you. I take an antidepressant and other medications that make it harder for me to orgasm. So more intense levels really help. Small Vibrator With Plenty of Punch
The ROMP Riot Bullet Vibrator is adorably compact, with a satisfying amount of power contained within. Vibration settings include 6 constant speeds and 4 unique patterns. ROMP claims approximately 1 hour of battery life, followed by a 2-hour recharge period. Just for fun, I decided to test the battery life by enjoying several 20 to 30-minute sessions without recharging; after the fourth session, the vibrator was still going, though noticeably weaker. I believe I started to notice a slight decrease in power toward the end of the third session, which confirms the claim of about 1 hour of battery life. I haven't formally timed how long it takes to recharge, but 2 hours seems pretty accurate.
In terms of vibration strength, this vibrator delivers. I was a bit skeptical seeing the size of the bullet and reading that it "punches way above its weight" on the box, but I was pleasantly surprised. As a guy, I think I'm a little less sensitive to vibrators than those with vulvas, but anything above speed level 3 really does it for me. I'm not as receptive to patterns 2 and 4, which involve slower speed changes that drop to 0 and ramp back up, but I can see how they could be extremely pleasurable to those who are more sensitive. Pattern 3 is one of my favourites: I find the intense pulses to be just the right length, and the occasional low-speed pulse followed by a surprise intense pulse makes for a fun experience.
While the overall performance of the vibrator and battery is awesome, I didn't find the act of charging to be perfect. Specifically, like a few other reviews have mentioned, I have found the charging jack and plug to be slightly inconsistent; occasionally, when plugging the jack in, the vibrator will start flashing to signal charging but will stop after a minute or so. I then have to ensure the jack is firmly plugged in, giving it a bit of a twist and wiggle before it stays charging after I walk away. That definitely doesn't happen every time, but it's worth mentioning. I'm also not a huge fan of how bright the charging light is, but that is purely personal preference; some may enjoy having a strong indication of when the vibrator is charging or fully charged.
Lastly, I should mention that this isn't the most quiet vibrator I own. I highly doubt it's audible outside the room at anything less than full speed or an obvious pulsing pattern, but it definitely feels a bit noisy. I do think it's a fair tradeoff, though, for the sheer power they managed to pack into such a small package.

Small & Powerful
This is my first bullet vibrator and OMG! It is powerful. A lot of ROMP's other products don't have such a strong vibration. The silicone is smooth, the texture sleek and it's hard but soft enough to not be uncomfortable. Six vibration modes the first three being just different intensities and the other three variations on a pulse from more of a "morse code" type vibration to a wave like feel and then a mix of both. Downside to it is that is is not fully submersible in water.

Powerful and colourful
This bullet looks great and is simple to use, has a wide variety of speeds and patterns. Battery life is good only had to charge once so far and the bullet has had multiple uses. Some of the speeds and patterns may be to powerful for some to the extent that it makes you numb rather than feeling pleasurable. But having it on the lower speeds will avoid that issue. Finally I think it looks great, colourful and quality made.

This fun, funky little number wears its heart on its colourful sleeve right out of the box. Bright orange and yellow, complete with complimentary NSFW sticker sheet and cheekily written instruction manual, this diminutive bullet is ready to delight the Instagram (TikTok?!) generation. Personally I don't think it looks 'sexy' per se but, as far as I can see, once a toy is positioned where it needs to be, these things become irrelevant anyway.
I was really impressed with how freaking small (and light) this toy was. It looks like a cute lipgloss, or quirky highlighter pen or even something you'd put rolled up banknotes in to wear around your neck at the beach. Either way, for better or worse, it doesn't scream "I'm a vibrator!" at you. Though it definitely is.
It has 10 settings overall. Unusually, 6 of these are a plain 'buzz' (you normally only get 3 or 4) which increases in intensity until the 7th press of the bottom power button, when you hit the patterns. To be honest, while I could definitely hear that the intensity was increasing (and also feel when I held the toy in my closed fist), this didn't really translate well to clitoral stimulation. The first few are great but, if anything, the last two strengths were *too* much - not as in 'I can't take any more' but to the point where the vibrations were so high frequency that they become an indiscernible buzz that seemed to numb my nethers. Obviously if you're in to putting something akin to a vial of angry wasps (each using a tiny electric demolition hammer) on your joy button this could easily be a selling point. For me, not so much, though I did absolutely enjoy using the lower strength settings. The patterns were OK, 2 out of 4 were pretty fun, and unusual in structure but the other 2 were, again, just too high frequency to be pleasant for my particular preferences.
Returning again to the size, this toy is great for use during intercourse as it fits easily into whatever gaps your chosen position affords you. I found it simple to use, the power button is right there on the bottom and glows with a bright yellow light to further facilitate its finding. Unfortunately, due to the toy's short length, it is hard not to get at least some lubrication on this area which can make for a little difficulty when powering up/switching between settings.
Charging and cleaning is also easy, though I notice this toy is 'splashproof' rather than 'waterproof' which does seem like a little bit of a design oversight simply because the vast majority of toys do seem to be made fully waterproof nowadays.
I didn't have any issues with the noise levels of this toy but I live in my own house with no children/housemates so noise is never a huge concern for me. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to take this to use in a hotel or similar. Not only is it teeny tiny so will take up hardly any room in a travel bag but the noise to power ration means it's an excellent choice for such situations.
I do own better, prettier bullets but certainly none this small. If you're looking for something super discreet and efficient then this is a great option. It's so small you could keep it in the tiny inside pocket of a handbag or even those small pockets within pockets of your jeans that literally nothing else will fit in. It's diddy, it's doddy, it's buzzy, it's bright. It's a cheerful, cheap(ish) and will keep you satisfied all night (or at least for an hour at full power). A solid, strong bullet that will definitely get you off, particularly if you need very strong, buzzy stimulation.

Small but mighty!
This beauty arrived in the normal discreet packaging, in perfect time for our weekend away!
Out of the box the packaging was instantly vibrant and eye catching, as was the the bullet itself. It comes with a pretty self explanatory charger than punctures through the unit and seals itself when removed, so no worries about any water damage from any splashes that might happen during use.
It’s vibrant in colour but also small and discreet. One of the stand outs about this bullet is it has a soft feel to it rather than a hard plastic shell like the silver bullet we have. It also fits into the loop of our vibrating anal beads to improve them from the not so powerful bullet that came with those.
There is a button on the end to cycle through various intense vibration settings. The highest setting really does pack a punch! It’s not too loud, unless placed down on a hard surface of course.
We used this during sex and it definitely sped up my partners orgasm and she felt it was more intense. It’s not the first bullet we’ve used but definitely better than the entry level ones.
We found it best to start off on the slowest setting and work up as the highest setting as it is almost uncomfortable for clitoral stimulation if you jump in at full power from the get go, but once warmed up you can really go to town.

Strong but not directed
This vibrator was powerful, but the rounded tip made it challenging to direct the vibrations in an ideal way. This meant they were good for general area stimulation such as nipple play, but not ideal for direct clitoral stimulation.
The design is appealing, and the small stickers that came in the box were quite nice too. The vibrator charges through a small hole that is closed when not charging, making it splashproof and easy to wash. There are no negatives in my mind relating directly to the appearance.
The 6 powers are cycled through before the four patterns, which are all sufficiently unique that there is likely one to suit any user.
The vibrator is not whisper silent, but is quiet enough that there are no concerns about using it in a room alone.
Overall, I likely wouldn't buy this for clitoral stimulation, and I'd consider it a bit much to be purchasing if the purpose was other forms of stimulation.
(Un)comfortably Numb
The ROMP Riot vibrator claims to provide a powerful punch in a compact, bullet shaped design, perfect for on-the-go thrills. However, it doesn’t quite live up to these expectations, in my case.
The packaging is vibrant and eye-catching, with beautiful sunset colours to match the design of the toy. I was, however, disappointed to see that there is a large plastic mould occupying the majority of the box. I tend to steer away from products that use excess plastic in their packaging, and the size of this box could easily be halved without that. On the bright side though, as well as a comprehensive user guide, there is also a cute (but NSFW) sticker sheet included with the toy! This is a really nice touch, and something that I haven’t seen with any other sex toy. Who doesn’t love willy stickers?!
The ROMP riot is indeed very compact, no bigger than the size of my index finger. The orange/yellow colour scheme feels warm and comforting, and sets it apart from many of my other toys. It feels sturdily built, but unfortunately the silicone coating feels quite cheap, and there is a fair amount of drag on it. A liberal amount of lube is required to ease some of this friction.
This toy uses a single button to control the power and the vibration mode, and strangely this is located on the bottom tip of the toy. I personally find this quite awkward, as I have to adjust my grip in order to access it, and it’s not easy to use in the midst of play. I would have liked the controls to be on the side of the shaft instead, but that’s just personal preference.

When in use the button will glow, and the light will coincide with whichever mode you are using (i.e. it flashes in time with the patterns). The toy is fairy noisy, so it's not entirely discreet.
What we all want to know is whether the ROMP Riot does indeed ‘punch way above its weight’ - and the answer is yes, and no. The vibrations are strong, but incredibly buzzy, almost to the point of feeling uncomfortable. My hand was numb just from holding it, and my clitoris shared the same unfortunate fate! I am a self confessed power user, but the type of power matters, and this toy just doesn’t deliver the deep rumbly sensations that I enjoy. I have used it several times now to give it a fair chance, but I haven’t been able to climax. The patterns don’t do anything for me either, but I’m not usually a fan of them anyway.
On the plus side, the splash proof design allows for easy cleanup, and the charging port is even covered with silicone, so you don’t have to worry about water getting inside.

Packs a Punch, but....
So right out of the box, this things looks like it is built for discretion. It is tiny and discreet, can fit into a pocket and hides in any go-bag or toiletry case.
When I first saw it I thought it looked more like a funky tampon, neon lipstick, or actually something that belonged in a women's makeup case or bag more than a vibrator. The colors are fantastic and much shorter than you'd expect.
The texture is different. Instead of something that slips out of your hand, it actually has some grip. Whether it is the material or the softness, it doesn't slip away or disappear where and when it shouldn't. And even lubed up, it is fairly easy to hold onto.
This is a rechargeable unit with a puncture hole pre-built for a USB plug port. The outside skin wasn't perfectly lined up with the port so it took some prodding to find the hole (what else is new?). Plugs into any regular USB and charged out of the box to full charge in about 15 minutes. We haven't used it until it has died so I am unsure of run times.
Now to the functions: This this is RUMBLY! If you put it down on a hard surface it spins circles on the table. And that is just the lowest intensity. This has 6 intensity settings going from deep rumbles to high speed buzz. The button on the end is super easy to turn on and off due to the fact that you can run it with one hand - as mentioned above the coating is textured so that it doesn't slide like a steel or smooth plastic bullet.
The charging system flashes when charging and has a steady glow when done. We have used the unit on each other and is a great toy for any opening! At just under 3" long, it takes some deliberate manipulation to get it on spot, however, the ability to sneak it into a sex session makes for a great surprise.
